Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

Be unused and in their original condition, still in sealed bags.
Include all original packaging and accessories.
Be free from damage caused by misuse, wear, or improper handling.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@shopthemahjstudio.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide return instructions once your request has been approved.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect

Once reviewed, we will determine the best solution, which may include:

A replacement product
Store credit
A partial refund
A full refund

Pre-Orders

Many of our collections are produced in limited quantities and may be offered as pre-orders. Most of our Pre-Orders are Final Sales.

Estimated shipping dates are provided as a guideline and may change due to manufacturing, quality control, customs clearance, or shipping delays.

If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, you will be offered the option to:

Receive a full refund, or
Accept an alternative product if available.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
